Sunday morning we came into the nursery and found Meg kicking Katie in the stomach! Katie didn't seem to mind too much... at least we didn't hear any cries of protest. Both girls have been much more mobile in the past few days. They are able to scooch around on their backs - sometimes turning 180 degrees or more!

The girls have slept in the same crib ever since they have been sleeping in their room. But, on Sunday we decided it was time to separate Katie and Meg into their own cribs. We were both a little sad to do this. The girls love to snuggle close while the are sleeping and they love to stretch and smile together when they wake up.

Meg is in the crib that she shared with Katie. She fusses when we put her to bed, but she has always done this. I don't think it is necessarily related to Katie's absence.

Katie is not happy about being moved to the 'new' crib (although she is smiling in the picture to the right). She usually went down for naps easily, but now she fusses and seems confused. Both girls are waking up frequently during daytime naps, so I'm making a lot more trips upstairs than I used to. Meg and Katie are also waking for their nighttime feeding earlier than last week, moving it from 4:00 am to 2:30am or 3:00am. We hope the girls adjust to their new sleeping arrangements soon!
