Tea Party Lunch

We had a change in our plans today, so we had an impromptu tea party for lunch.

Easter Garden

This weekend we made an Easter garden. Katie (directly below) and Meg enjoyed going to the nursery to pick out the plants they wanted in the garden.

It was a fun family project and looks nice as a centerpiece on our kitchen table. We found the idea here.

Happy Spring!

Meg and Katie went on a scavenger hunt this morning to find their baskets of Spring treats and later today we'll have an egg hunt in our backyard. We're also planning to buy some flowers, look through seed catalogs to plan our garden, and do some spring crafts. Hooray for Spring!

St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We're already searching (with tweezers) for gold (popcorn kernels and yellow beads hidden among green rice and split peas).

Flower Fields

If you are ever in the San Diego area in March or April, you should stop at the Flower Fields. The Ranunculus are gorgeous!

New Haircuts

Meg and Katie got new haircuts for Spring...they love them and I do too. Cute and easy!
