As I was making dinner this evening I overheard the girls playing in the other room with their empty laundry basket.



Katie, to Meg: "You will be Peter. First, you go and tell people about God. Then, I'll put you in prison. Then, I will be the angel to come and help you escape."

More Camping

We enjoyed another long weekend in Colorado with some great friends. Katie and Meg fished for the first time (and loved it!), went on their first gondola ride (and loved it!), and played for hours and hours outside.

Playdough

We made playdough this week. We haven't done that in a while, and Meg and Katie were very excited and wondered aloud why we don't make playdough more often.

End of Summer Fun

We took a fun day trip earlier this week to play in the water and have a picnic.

We went with our friends who start kindergarten soon.

I think Meg and Katie could have stayed all day, just playing in the water and exploring.
